Preparation
Finely chop the onion and broccoli, put them in the soup maker with the broth and set at 100 °C for 15 minutes. Then add the peas, cook for another 10 minutes, and mix the soup. Add the finely chopped zucchini and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the finely chopped tarragon before serving.
