Scampi - cherry tomato - feta cheese - oregano in a raclette pan

Ingredients

12 Scampi (fresh or fully thawed)
Cherry tomatoes
Feta
Fresh oregano
Olive oil
Pepper and salt

Preparation

In the raclette pan:
Rub the pan with a very small amount of olive oil.
Put some scampi and halved cherry tomatoes in the pan
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Crumble some feta cheese over it 
Cook under the grill
Finish with fresh oregano
Enjoy!
