Autumn vitamins in an apple, pear and ginger smoothie

Ingredients
1 medium sweet apple
1 pear
20 g fresh spinach leaves (handful)
1 fresh gingerroot
1 lemon
250 ml water or coconut water
Preparation
Peel the apples and pears, remove the cores and cut into pieces
Grate the ginger and add 1 teaspoon of it
Squeeze the lemon
Put the pieces of apple, pear, (coconut) water, 1 teaspoon of grated ginger and lemon juice in the blender
Blend everything into a smoothie
Tips
Use baby spinach instead of regular spinach for an even softer flavour and texture
Do you like it sweet? Add a teaspoon of honey
