Start by frying the onion, garlic and olive oil in an ordinary pan. As soon as the onions turn glassy, add the minced meat and fry it until it is loose.
Then add the fried meat with onion and garlic to the Slow Cooker and add all the ingredients except the cheese.
Put the Slow Cooker on high. The Slow Cooker now takes over everything, you do not even have to stir anymore.
A few hours later, your sauce is ready
Cook your desired pasta with it (spaghetti, fettucini...) and finish off with delicious freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Tips
For a slightly spicier touch, add more chilli flakes and replace the Parmesan with grated Pecorino cheese For those who like garlic, use extra (one and a half bulbs)!
