Heat up the grill, on the highest setting. Do not forget to set the timer.
Cut your panini buns in half and spread pesto on both sides.
Slice your tomatoes and mozzarella and place them on the roll.
Finish off with pepper and salt and put a slice of jamon serrano on top.
Put the sandwich in the panini machine at maximum setting for about 7 minutes.
Cut the panini in half and serve with a fresh salad.
