In a large bowl, mix the flour, oatmeal, sugar, wheat germ, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs until you have a light mixture, then add the milk, butter and oil. Mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
Gently mix the egg mixture under the flour mixture with a spatula.
Heat the waffle iron and lightly brush the top and bottom with oil using the grease brush. Also prepare a baking tray so your waffles can cool down.
Divide the dough between the baking sheets and close the appliance.
Bake the waffles until golden brown (2:30 min at setting 5)
Serve warm with maple syrup.
