Ingredients

3 lemons + 2 teaspoons lemon aroma
140 g sugar
200 ml milk
200 ml cream

Preparation

Squeeze the lemons
Mix the lemon juice with the sugar, then add the milk and mix
Whip the cream separately
Mix the cream into the other mixture
Pour the preparation into the ice cream machine and run for 30 to 40 minutes until the ice cream becomes solid.

Tips

Place the ice cream in the freezer for another half hour before serving.
