FRITEL Soup Maker SB 3190, SB 2970
Ingredients
1 kg carrots
2 onions
120gr fresh ginger
2 liters of chicken broth or vegetable broth for the veggie variant
1 orange
pepper
salt
Preparation
Cut the carrots and the onions into small pieces, put them in the soup maker with the stock and set at 100°C for 30 minutes. Add the grated ginger with half an orange (unpeeled).
Remove the orange before mixing. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
