Ingredients
- 2 scoops of lemon sorbet
- 20 ml vodka
- 30 ml prosecco
Preparation
- Put the lemon sorbet in the blender and blend until smooth
- Add the vodka and prosecco and blend gently until fluffy
- Pour the cocktail into a champagne flute
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
