Soup Maker SB 2970 or Soup Maker SB 3190
Ingredients
- 1 courgette
- 1 onion
- ½ clove of garlic
- 1 vegetable broth cube
- Fresh dill
- Croutons
- Pepper and salt
Preparation
- Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
- Remove the ends of the courgette. Cut a few thin slices and keep them aside for garnish. Cut the rest of the courgette into cubes. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
- Put the courgette cubes with the onion, garlic, vegetable broth and a sprig of dill in the soup maker. Pour over with water.
- Select the programme for smooth soup and press start.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with croutons
Tips
- For fans: add some fresh dill for extra flavour!
- TIP: If the soup is too thick, add a little more hot water when it is ready and mix it again.
- Make the soup extra creamy with 125g of herb cheese. Add before pureeing.
