Aspargus soup

Ingredients
25g butter
Vegetable oil
350g aspargus
3 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
Spinach
700ml vegetable broth
Olive oil
Preparation
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
Remove the ends of the asparagus and chop them finely
Put the shallots, asparagus, garlic, spinach and broth in the Soup Maker.
Pour into soup bowls.
Tips
Sprinkle with olive oil and serve with sourdough bread if desired
Finishing tip: Keep your asparagus tips for finishing. Heat the butter and oil in a large pan.
Cook the asparagus tips for a few minutes to soften them. Gently sprinkle the asparagus tips over the soup when it is ready.
TIP: If the soup is too thick, add a little more hot water when it is ready and mix it again.
