Aspargus soup

Soup Maker SB 2970 or Soup Maker SB 3190


  • 25g butter
  • Vegetable oil
  • 350g aspargus
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Spinach
  • 700ml vegetable broth
  • Olive oil


  • Preparation time: less than 30 minutes 
  • Remove the ends of the asparagus and chop them finely
  • Put the shallots, asparagus, garlic, spinach and broth in the Soup Maker.
  • Pour into soup bowls.


  • Sprinkle with olive oil and serve with sourdough bread if desired
  • Finishing tip: Keep your asparagus tips for finishing. Heat the butter and oil in a large pan.
  • Cook the asparagus tips for a few minutes to soften them. Gently sprinkle the asparagus tips over the soup when it is ready.
  • TIP: If the soup is too thick, add a little more hot water when it is ready and mix it again.
