Courgette soup

Soup Maker SB 2970 or Soup Maker SB 3190


  • 1 courgette
  • 1 onion
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • 1 vegetable broth cube
  • Fresh dill
  • Croutons
  • Pepper and salt


  • Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
  • Remove the ends of the courgette. Cut a few thin slices and keep them aside for garnish. Cut the rest of the courgette into cubes. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
  • Put the courgette cubes with the onion, garlic, vegetable broth and a sprig of dill in the soup maker. Pour over with water.
  • Select the programme for smooth soup and press start.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with croutons


  • For fans: add some fresh dill for extra flavour!
  • TIP: If the soup is too thick, add a little more hot water when it is ready and mix it again.
  • Make the soup extra creamy with 125g of herb cheese. Add before pureeing.
