½ clove of garlic
1 vegetable broth cube
Pepper and salt
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
Remove the ends of the courgette. Cut a few thin slices and keep them aside for garnish. Cut the rest of the courgette into cubes. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
Put the courgette cubes with the onion, garlic, vegetable broth and a sprig of dill in the soup maker. Pour over with water.
Select the programme for smooth soup and press start.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with croutons
For fans: add some fresh dill for extra flavour!
TIP: If the soup is too thick, add a little more hot water when it is ready and mix it again.
Make the soup extra creamy with 125g of herb cheese. Add before pureeing.
